We use your data to:

To reply to your request and prepare a support plan, our legal basis is taking pre-contractual

steps at your request. For the security of the site, it is our legitimate interest in preventing

abuse. For accounting and tax obligations, it is compliance with our legal obligations.

You do not need to tick a consent box for us to simply reply to you. Any box present on the form

only confirms that you have read this policy.

We do not use your request to sign you up to a newsletter or send you commercial offers, except

through a separate sign-up and your explicit choice.

4. Sharing with professionals

We do not automatically pass on your contact details or the content of your request to

commercial partners, estate agencies, banks, insurers, gestorías, removal companies or other

professionals.

If, after talking with you, putting you in touch with a professional seems useful, we will first

ask for your clear agreement for that specific partner. We will tell you which data is concerned

and why it is being shared. You can decline without this affecting our reply to your original

request.

The professional you agree to be put in touch with then becomes responsible for how they use

your data and must give you their own privacy policy.

Where this applies, transfers are governed by a mechanism provided for by the GDPR, such as an
